- Email Address: Used for account creation and authentication
- User ID: Automatically generated unique identifier
- Nickname (optional): Display name within the app
2.2 User Content
- TODO Items: Titles, descriptions, categories, due dates, and completion status
- Group Information: Group names, member lists, and invitation codes
- Reminder Settings: Notification preferences and scheduled reminder times
2.3 Technical Information
- Push Notification Token: Used to send reminder and group notifications
- Device Information: Platform (iOS), app version, and build number
- Usage Data: TODO completion rates, category usage patterns (for AI recommendations)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- App Functionality: Provide TODO management, group collaboration, and reminder features
- AI Features: Generate TODO category suggestions and personalized recommendations using OpenAI API
- Notifications: Send reminder notifications and group activity updates
- Service Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to improve app features
- Authentication: Verify user identity through email/password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In

We use the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

- Storage Location: Your data is stored on Firebase Cloud Firestore servers (Google Cloud Platform)

- Retention Period: Data is retained until you delete your account
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Share your data with advertisers
- Use your data for marketing purposes
We ONLY share data:
- With group members you explicitly invite
- With third-party services listed above (for app functionality)
- When required by law or legal process
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access: View all your TODO items and account information within the app
- Modify: Edit or delete your TODO items, groups, and account settings
- Delete: Permanently delete your account and all associated data
- Go to Menu (top-left) → "アカウント削除" (Delete Account)
- This action is irreversible and deletes all your data
- Opt-Out: Disable push notifications in the app settings
8. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.

- この操作は取り消せず、すべてのデータが削除されます
- オプトアウト: アプリ設定でプッシュ通知を無効化
8. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満の子供を対象としていません。13歳未満の子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
