Account & Authentication

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You can sign up using:

Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" link, or contact support at yukig0527@icloud.com with your registered email address for assistance.

Q: How do I delete my account?
A:

  1. Open the app and tap the menu icon (top-left)
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "アカウント削除" (Delete Account)
  3. Confirm the deletion and enter your password
  4. All your data will be permanently deleted

⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your TODOs, groups, and settings will be permanently deleted.

TODO Management

Q: How do I create a TODO?
A: Tap the "+" button at the bottom-right of the screen, fill in the details, and tap "作成" (Create).

Q: How do I set a reminder?
A:

  1. Tap on a TODO item to expand it
  2. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮)
  3. Select "リマインド設定" (Set Reminder)
  4. Choose the date and time
  5. Tap "保存" (Save)

Q: Can I share TODOs with others?
A: Yes! Use the Group feature:

  1. Tap the menu icon (top-left)
  2. Tap "グループを作成" (Create Group)
  3. Share the invitation code with others
  4. Group members can view and manage shared TODOs

Groups & Collaboration

Q: How do I join a group?
A:

  1. Tap the menu icon (top-left)
  2. Tap "グループに参加" (Join Group)
  3. Enter the invitation code provided by the group owner
  4. Tap "参加" (Join)

Q: How do I leave a group?
A:

  1. Tap the menu icon (top-left)
  2. Select the group you want to leave
  3. Tap the settings icon (⚙️) next to the group name
  4. Tap "グループから退出" (Leave Group)
  5. Confirm the action

Q: Can I delete a group?
A: Only the group owner can delete a group:

  1. Select the group
  2. Tap the settings icon (⚙️)
  3. Tap "グループを削除" (Delete Group)
  4. Confirm the deletion

Notifications

Q: I'm not receiving reminder notifications. What should I do?
A:

  1. Check that notifications are enabled in the app (toggle in the header)
  2. Go to iOS Settings → Notifications → Re:Mind
  3. Ensure "Allow Notifications" is turned ON
  4. Check that "Focus" or "Do Not Disturb" mode is not enabled in iOS Settings

Q: How do I disable notifications?
A: Tap the notification toggle in the app header (top-right) to turn notifications ON/OFF.

AI Features

Q: How does the AI category prediction work?
A: When you create a TODO, the app uses OpenAI's GPT-3.5 to suggest a category based on your TODO title and description. This feature helps you organize your tasks automatically.

Q: What data is sent to OpenAI?
A: Only your TODO title and description are sent (anonymized, without personal identifiers). Your email, name, and other personal information are NOT shared with OpenAI.

Technical Issues

Q: The app crashes when I try to log in. What should I do?
A:

  1. Force close the app and restart it
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
  4. If the issue persists, contact support with details

Q: My data is not syncing across devices. Why?
A: Ensure you are logged in with the same account on all devices. Data is automatically synced via Firebase when you have an internet connection.

Q: Can I use the app offline?
A: No, Re:Mind requires an internet connection to function. All data is stored in the cloud for real-time synchronization.

アカウントと認証
